Located in Rendezvous/Ditliff, situated 420 degrees above sea level it offers sweeping 180 degree gorgeous views of the ocean, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Klein Bay, Fish Bay, Reef Bay and the island of St. Croix which are enjoyed throughout the residence as well as all day sun.

 The pool is 23 x18 and is 5 ft. deep. The pool gazebo features bar seating, a commercial 4 burner Bull BBQ, blender, ice maker and sink, perfect for whipping up a tasty frozen treat.

Cypress ceilings with mahogany rafters, Italian tile flooring, large oriental rugs with oversized bamboo sofa and chair for relaxing or watching TV from the 36" Panasonic plasma complete with CD/DVD players for your viewing and listening pleasure 

 

The gourmet kitchen features custom made Cherry Cabinetry, bar seating, Venetian granite countertops, with stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, counter top range, microwave and all minor appliances.  A large walk in pantry, walk in wet bar with wine cooler and beautiful mahogany dining table with seating for ten.  

Exterior finish of native blue stone with custom mahogany doors make this a classic Caribbean style home.

 

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, safe in each bedroom, large oversized walk in closets, private balconies with view and are fully accessorized.

The master suite and four guest suites are in the main house making this an ideal home for families with small children.
