property is outfitted for relaxed island living with state-side
convenience. The house has a VCR, a CD player, cable TV, washer
and dryer and Weber gas grill. Wireless Internet is also
featured.
Custom-made cabinets
throughout the kitchen and baths, and a Great Room entertainment
center are tasteful and unexpected accents for such an island
getaway.
The kitchen is accented with
Birdseye maple cabinets, granite counters, native pottery and dishes, a
gourmet refrigerator with a crushed ice maker, gas range and wine rack. An
entertainment bar includes another refrigerator and offers plenty of room
for entertaining
A trellised patio of native stone
and imported tile offers protected, outdoor dining. In the daytime, this
can also be a secluded spot for reading or sunbathing.
A 60-foot long covered veranda
overlooking the harbor invites lazy afternoons of reading, while the
nearby pool and deck offers the opportunity for a refreshing and, cooling
dip in the water or a serious tanning session on our chaise lounges.

The house is located just five minutes from the town of
Cruz Bay, reached by paved roads all the way.
The Westin Hotel's magnificent pool and sandy beach are 7 minutes away, and the
world famous National Park beaches are a 10 minute drive.
This is an excellent choice in the lower rental price category for one
or two couples or families with older children. Note: Owners/Management has requested NO children from 8 months to 8
